Full Disclosure Policy Portal
The Full Disclosure Policy Portal (FDPP) is ab online platform established by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in support of the government’s advocacy for transparency and accountability in the management and use of public funds. The Full Disclosure Policy (FDP), as mandated by DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2010-083, requires local governments to fully disclose particular financial documents to their constituents, such as the budget and how it is disbursed and used, to minimize corruption and misuse of public funds. To help LGUs comply with the FDP, the FDPP was created as a centralized repository for uploading financial documents, making it easier for the public to view, download, and print these documents.
